Where we ship
PetWagWay currently ships to addresses in the United States only. We will add more countries only after a reliable shipping line is confirmed.
Processing time
Orders are reviewed after PayPal payment confirmation. Most orders need 2 to 4 business days for processing before dispatch. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.
Estimated delivery time
After dispatch, US delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed because carrier delays, address checks, weather, and local delivery conditions can affect timing.
Shipping cost
Free US shipping is currently available on eligible store orders unless a different shipping cost is shown at checkout.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send tracking details by email after the order is dispatched. Tracking updates can take 24 to 72 hours to appear after a label is created.
Address accuracy
Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an address looks incomplete, we may contact you before dispatch. Orders delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect customer-provided address may not qualify for a free replacement or refund.
Missing or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, email [email protected] with your order number and PayPal email. We will review the tracking status and help with the next step.
Custom pet tags
Custom pet tags are made from the design you approve. Allow up to 15 days for production, followed by an estimated 7 to 15 business days for US delivery. The general processing estimate above applies to our ready-made products. Custom pet tags include free US shipping. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
